To address this, a student from MKB Datalab developed a solution using PowerBI dashboards.
The Challenge
Kortels relied on manual reporting from systems like Exact Online, SAP, and Microsoft Bookings, making it difficult to consolidate data efficiently. This slowed decision-making and increased the risk of errors.
What the student did
Our student designed and implemented PowerBI dashboards that automatically integrated data from multiple sources. This provided real-time insights into financial health, project schedules, and workforce utilization. Custom dashboards tailored to different departments ensured ease of use and up-to-date information.
The result
The automated dashboards improved reporting accuracy and efficiency, enabling Kortels to make faster, data-driven decisions. Management now has reliable insights into KPIs like liquidity and project performance, while staff effort in report creation has been significantly reduced.
