Many healthcare organizations have the ambition to become a data-driven organization. This 2.5-day master class is aimed at strengthening the knowledge of data and AI among managers of healthcare organizations. You might be wondering if AI is actually being used wisely within your organization.
Do we actually have a clear vision for AI or an AI policy? Is the management of AI and algorithms well organized? And do we have a clear overview of how many algorithms are being used within the organization? With our academic specialists, we will delve deeper into these topics and see where the problems lie!
This masterclass was developed and is conducted in close cooperation with M&I/Partners; the strategic ICT consultancy for government and healthcare.
After attending the Masterclass AI in the boardroom you:

What is AI and what are the recent developments with related practical examples? The afternoon session is entirely dedicated to the question, “What are the issues in driving AI projects/ algorithms or AI applications?
How do you apply AI responsibly, where is the boundary? To what point can you/should you be able to explain what results the machine-learning algorithm generates. How do you deal with biases in your data, how do you find out and avoid making wrong decisions or assumptions? The afternoon is all about legal: What do you all have to comply with under the GDPR/AVG and what does the European AI regulation mean for my organization?
How do I step in as an organization into a topic that my MT and my people are not yet familiar with?
