Aarnout Brombacher is a full professor at Eindhoven University of Technology since 1993, and a research lead on the domain of Data, Health & Wellbeing at JADS. He focuses on health, sports, and active lifestyle through data science. His research emphasizes on-body data acquisition, analysis, and representation for individuals with (chronic) diseases and related challenges. With recent advancements in digital technology, his work has rapidly evolved, enabling comprehensive user-system interactions tracking. Ethical and privacy considerations are integral to his research.
