Bachelor-before-Master rule
I am a final-year Bachelor's student and, due to the corona measures, I am not sure if I can successfully complete my Bachelor's program. Can I start my Master's program? (Bachelor-before-Master rule)
Bachelor students- Students enrolled in an academic bachelor's program in academic year 2021/2022 will be admitted to MSc Data Science in Business and Entrepreneurship (new name as of September 1, 2022 - DSBE in short) if they still have to complete a maximum of two courses (12 EC for TiU students and 10 EC for TU/e students) from the previous program. The Bachelor's thesis/Bachelor’s final project must be completed, and other admission requirements must be met.
- This applies to TiU and TU/e bachelor’s students and to bachelor’s students of other universities within the European Economic Area, (EEA). Students from an institution outside the EEA will be admitted to DSBE only upon presentation of their diploma of admission.

It should apply that for one of the examination opportunities a minimum mark of 4.5 must be obtained.

- Students enrolled in the pre-master’s program in academic year 2021/2022, will be admitted if they still have to complete a maximum of 6 EC (1 course) from the program.
- For that one course, the student must have taken part in both examination opportunities in the academic year 2021/2022. It should apply that for one of the examination opportunities a minimum mark of 4.5 must be obtained.
- The pre-master’s program must be completed before September 1, 2023. If a student does not meet this requirement, he/she will be de-registered from DSBE.
