JADS offers the Engineering Doctorate Data Science EngD program. This two-year post-master’s program qualifies its students to become top-level professional data scientists. The program is a more industry-oriented alternative to PhD with data driven opportunities for businesses. Whilst a PhD is focused on a career as an independent researchers, an EngD prepares a trainee for an industrial career as a technological designer. As a student you work closely with a company with a real life case, and as a business your work together with the EngD data science trainees on the development of new models specifically for the organization.

An EngD project offers a wide range of possibilities for a business. You can design and develop data driven decision-making processes based on real, actionable data for your organization. Work together with our EngD data science trainees on the development of new models specifically for your organization. This will be done during a dedicated data science project (10-12 months) at your company.
