Biography

The Research topic in “Biological Sustainability in Cyber-Physical Systems and Spaces CPS&s” focuses on integrating Biological Components and Artificial Intelligence to ensure long-term sustainability.
The research aims to explore the intersection of technological advancements and sustainable development that integrate digital, physical, and biological processes across various biological domains (e.g. Healthcare and Medical Innovations, Environmental Systems in Urban and Rural areas, Biotechnology and Bio-Inspired Systems, Security and Privacy)
Participation in the European Project as an EU COMFORTAGE that is still active. Collaboration with Naturalis (Research Center on Biodiversity) and Netherlands Forensics Institute (NFI) to analyze and test Advanced Technologies as support for Biodiversity Monitoring and DNA profiling in Crime Investigation, respectively.
